1994 to Present - President and Right of Way Agent for JCG. Assignments include Right of Way Design, Negotiations, Condemnation Processing, Title and Closing and Relocation Assistance services. Works with landowners and their attorneys, local authorities, publishers, service agents and clients on land acquisition and relocation assistance projects. Coordinates underground and overhead utility design and acquisition phases for large public utilities. Coordinates right of way work with clients, appraisers, review appraisers, surveyors, engineers, management and right of way agents. Extensive experience in Right of Way Design, Title and Closing work, project management, and supervision including invoicing and tracking of projects.
